Refund & Return Policy

At The Traveling Journal Club, we want you to feel good about every order you place with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges
We may offer exchanges depending on the circumstances. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will typically be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at team@thetjc.com with your order number and photo(s) showing the damage or defect. Once our team confirms the issue, we will do our best to work with you to come up with a solution.
